Holy Cross will begin using the GoFAN ticketing app at all home athletic events as well as other school ticket events. This web & mobile ticket only system allows Holy Cross to operate a more efficient and professional ticket gate while creating a safer and enhanced fan experience. Buying tickets online allows fans to access and share tickets easily by email or text without standing in line. Digital ticketing will also help promote social distancing while limiting person-to-person contact and the physical exchange of cash.
Tickets for these types of events will be purchased online through the Holy Cross GoFan website.
HC will no longer accept cash payments for tickets for home athletic events.
Below are instructions and tips for purchasing tickets

- To avoid internet and cellular connectivity issues, fans are asked to purchase their tickets and have them pulled up on the GOFAN app on their phone BEFORE arriving on campus for the event. The following tips will make the process more convenient.
- For iPhone users, download the GOFAN app from the app store, set up an account (or log into your existing account), search for Holy Cross School, navigate to the proper event, and purchase your tickets.
- For Android users (or other smartphones), please visit www.gofan.co, sign up (or login to your account), and purchase tickets to the proper event.
- You may purchase single tickets or tickets for your entire family at one time using the app.
- The app allows you to transfer tickets to other members of your family if you will be arriving at different times.
- If an event is cancelled, you will be reimbursed through the card on file with the app.
- When you arrive at the event, show the gate attendant your digital ticket on your phone to enter. Do not validate your ticket until you are in the presence of the attendant.
