this process is required in order for students to gain access to the Microsoft Suite of applications including email and TigerNet this process can be done from any computer but not a mobile device will be required in order for students to gain access their schedules and place books or orders this password will be used for additional applications as we continue throughout the school year and this password will be required to be changed every 90 days soon as we receive notification via email beginning 10 days prior to pass expiration passwords not change within this 10-day window would result in the student being locked out of the Holy Cross network of applications to facilitate this process for the beginning of school all students in grades five through 12 turn passwords have been this new password will be communicated via text message to parents on July 5th please keep in mind that this password does not affect the password or pin used to log into your computer or machine only Holy Cross applications like Tyga and office will be affected by new password in the network password reset process go to any browser and go to Holy Cross tigers.com once you're on the website hover over quick links here at the top right and then scroll down. network password reset click on it and this will bring you to a login page your username will be your first initial followed by your middle initial and then your full last name and then the password use will be the one sent to you on July 5th by text message then type in the green numbers here in the captcha in order to complete the login process once you have logged in you will be pulled up to this page right here which requires you to enroll security questions now this is only required if you are a new student so if you are a existing student that has already completed these questions then you can skip this step for those of you need to complete the step just select me question that you think is easy to remember for you and that will have an answer that can come to mind quickly and then answer that isn't subjective or one that will change over time once you have answered all these questions you can hit next and then skip to the next step of the video once you've had next you can see that you have been successfully enrolled and then the next step is to collect change password here at the top left hear your old password is the one I was sent to you via text message in the same one that you use to login previously for the new password so I'll be required to create one that meets all these requirements down here and as you create a password in the section you'll see that the check boxes will be checked off as you can please each criteria here's an example as you can see this password meets all the requirements and if you want to verify that and make sure that you know this password you can click the eye right here and it will show up in this box then then click change password you will get a verification message saying that the password has been changed then you can cut close now once this is done be sure you click the icon here at the top right and then clicked sign out to complete thank you for watching
