New Year off to a Great Start

Our faculty and staff spent the first week of August together, praying, reflecting and preparing for the new school year. The annual faculty and staff retreat held August 1 included a day at Docville Farms in St. Bernard Parish, where we celebrated Mass, learned about the Holy Cross mission, and experienced our school's history through a visit to the old campus. It was a great opportunity for all of our teachers and staff to learn about our Holy Cross roots as we plan for the future generations of Holy Cross Men.

Last week our students were welcomed to campus for three days of student orientation and Tiger Prep day for new middle and high school students. It was great to see all the excitement for a new school year. We are looking forward to a great year, with our theme of "Being Family."
