Holy Cross Welcomes New Institutional Advancement Team to Elevate Fundraising Efforts

Holy Cross is proud to announce the formation of a dynamic Institutional Advancement team, poised to drive forward the institution's fundraising and development endeavors. The team of three accomplished professionals, Kearney Gay, Micki Andry, and Brian Murphy, bring a wealth of experience and success in advancing philanthropic efforts.

Kearney Gay assumes the role of Director of Capital Campaign and Major Gifts, bringing his extensive expertise in development and partnerships to the team. Before joining Holy Cross, Gay served as the Director of Development and Partnerships at the Team Gleason Foundation. His exceptional achievements are underpinned by a master's degree from Belmont University in Tennessee. Kearney's track record of fostering relationships and driving successful campaigns aligns seamlessly with Holy Cross's commitment to elevating its advancement efforts.

Micki Andry further bolsters the team's capabilities, bringing knowledge and experience from her tenure as St. Benilde’s Director of Advancement and Admissions. During her four-year tenure, Andry created and managed the school's development, marketing, communications, and admissions strategies. Her mastery of fundraising, including noteworthy accomplishments in the Boosterthon Fun Run and Giving Tuesday programs, adds a dynamic edge to Holy Cross's efforts. Andry earned a master's degree in educational leadership from Nicholls State University, Micki is primed to foster relationships and chart innovative paths.

Brian Murphy joins the Holy Cross family as the Director of Institutional Advancement. With an impressive background in fundraising and development, Murphy has previously served as the Director of Advancement and Development at Saint Stanislaus Boarding and Day School. Notably, he held a dual role as the President of the SSC Progression Corporation, demonstrating his exceptional ability in overseeing investments and endowment funds. Brian's commitment to higher education is underscored by his Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Mary's College in California. His strategic vision and dedication to institutional growth will catalyze Holy Cross's fundraising endeavors.
