Mrs. Kelly Clark Named Dean of Student Life at Holy Cross School

Holy Cross School names Mrs. Kelly Clark as the Dean of Student Life.

A 2000 graduate of Archbishop Hannan, Mrs. Kelly Clark earned both a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Teaching with a concentration in secondary English from the University of New Orleans. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Educational Administration with her doctoral dissertation focusing specifically on single-sex education in the classroom.

As she enters her twelfth year at Holy Cross, Mrs. Clark has taught high school English and served as National Honor Society Moderator, Freshmen Class Moderator, Assistant Student Activities Coordinator, and Administrative Intern.

Mrs. Kelly Clark has strong Holy Cross ties. Her son Easton, a current student in the class of 2030, is one of ten Tigers in her family which also includes husband Timothy Clark ’99, father Gair Oldenburg ’76, brother Erik ’06, cousin and Congregation of Holy Cross Past Superior General Fr. Thomas Barrosse ‘40, and other cousins and uncles. Her daughter, Tayler Mae, also performs with the Carmelettes during Holy Cross football games.

Mrs. Clark says, “For as long as I can remember, Holy Cross has been such a large part of my family and our daily lives. HC’s mission, traditions, successes, perseverance, students, and their families are what make us so unique. I’m honored and excited for a new role that allows me to have a part in so many aspects of our students’ daily lives while we continue to educate their hearts and minds as they grow from boys to men.”
