Students Begin Year with Team Building Activity

Today our middle and high school students participated in a Boys to Men teambuilding activity.  Students met with their Formation Family and Houses to complete a puzzle.  They each had a piece of the puzzle and were required to begin the puzzle in silence without seeing the picture of the completed puzzle.  They were then allowed to communicate and see the picture, but they did not know they were missing a few pieces.  Their teacher completed the puzzle and then lead a discussion on how in order to meet our goal we must see the big picture, communicate and have all the pieces.
