Campus Minister Adrian Jackson has a reflection for our Holy Cross family on the Feast Day of our Patron Saint, St. Joseph.

good morning Holy Cross Church Jackson here it's okay I'm still in shock to I can't believe we are not in school I know that we're in uncharted waters right now and everything going on around us sings it overwhelming but gentlemen take a deep breath and try to relax 46 reminds us to be still and know that I am God interview or through the school year yes we had a rough patch but we will get through this together as one Holy Cross family know that your counselors teachers administrators and myself are all a phone call or Callaway should you need any of us most important thing you need to know that it is truly okay to feel the way you do right now. Usccb.org this is a great way for us to unite our prayers with our brothers and sisters throughout the world there's a calendar in the middle of the page and simply click on a date and the readings were pop-up view a daily reflection on the readings as well as Miss Amy to post the link even though we can't attend Mass right now please know that each of us can make an act of spiritual . also several churches in our archdiocese that are live-streaming masses daily this is a way for us to attend virtually and to unite our prayers with Mother church today we celebrate Feast of st. Joseph patron of the congregation of Holy Cross and Patron of our school and Joseph is also the patron of The Universal Church Feast of st. Joseph an opportunity to reflect on his life of faith and obedience Saint Joseph can truly be seen as one of our greatest Role Models his life span as a shining example of dedication to our Lord of questioning obedience to the father and a faithful commitment to God's plan today on this great feast that recognizes his special role in our Salvation history let go st. Joseph be an example to us on how to live a life of piety in obedience to our Heavenly Father today we remember in a special way the brothers of Holy Cross who stay persistence and belief in the work of the Congress Mission are responsible for the existence of our school today we continue to stand on their shoulders and follow behind the footsteps the great band of men that paved the way for this year the brothers of Holy Cross celebrate 200 years of service to God's people just remember to keep them in our daily prayer since we're celebrating the great feast of Saint Joseph I think it's fitting to pray the special prayer that is over 1,900 years old. Actually a prayer that my mother taught me as a very name of the father and of the son and of the Holy Spirit oh st. Joseph whose protection is so great so strong so prompt for the throne of God facing you all my interests and desires. Joseph who assist me by your powerful intercession obtained from me from your Divine son all spiritual blessings through Jesus Christ Our Lord so that having engaged here below your heavenly power I may offer my Thanksgiving in homage the most loving of fathers oh st.
