Holy Cross School Financial Information For The 2017-2018 School Year
The Board of Directors of Holy Cross School has set the tuition and fees for the coming school year as follows:

* The registration fee is $500 due by midnight on February 5, 2017. After February 5, 2017 the registration fee is $700.
Registration Fee is non-refundable after February 5, 2017.
Students not registered by March 31, 2017 will be considered inactive and not returning to Holy Cross School.
Families that have paid $500 toward the 2017-2018 registration fee as part of the 2016-2017 bank loan program MUST complete registration before midnight on February 5, 2017 in order for the student to be considered registered on time and have the payment of $500 applied. Please follow the instructions in the email received by SMART Tuition to complete your enrollment. SMART Tuition is emailing the financially responsible party from 2016-17 with a unique link on Tuesday, January 24th. Please save this email to register.
Additional fees, such as 8th or 12th grade graduation fee, orientation, course fees, after-care, or athletics, may be accessed in 2017-18. Some fees are accessed on everyone in the grade. Other fees are optional and charged based on scheduling. For example, band or AP exams are optional expenses.
General Fees and Graduation Fees are non-refundable after June 1st.
The Finance Office at Holy Cross School will no longer maintain invoices on students. They are electronically available 24/7/365. Parents can view it anytime, anywhere with a log in at www.smarttuition.com.

Early Payment and Multi-Student Discounts
Early Payment Discount
Full payment of all tuition and fees paid by April 1st results in a $150 savings per student.
Multi-Student Tuition Discount
A $150 per student discount is allowed on tuition for two or more registered students in the same family.
Payments to SMART Tuition
Holy Cross School offers two options through SMART Tuition:
- A payment in full by May 28, 2017 or
- 11 installments paid from June 2017 through April 2018.
If you select to pay in full, there is no fee.
If you select the 11 installments payment plan, the payment processing fee is $350 per FAMILY (not per student) and must be paid in full by May 28, 2017.
There will no longer be bank loans provided through First Bank & Trust.
The family savings and reduced fees with no interest rate are two of the many advantages of SMART Tuition.
For 2017-18 school year, the Board of Directors agreed that each student will only have one account.
SMART Tuition requires every family to set up automatic payments with either a credit card, debit card, or checking/savings account. There are two due dates offered each month- 5th or 15th. Families will select their preference during the registration/enrollment process, and it will be applied to the remainder of the 2017-18 billing/academic year.
Late Payment Fees
Late fees are accessed by SMART Tuition and not Holy Cross. Payments are considered delinquent immediately following the due date (5th or 15th.) There is NO grace period with SMART Tuition.
