Teacher Spotlight
Lisa Englert
Posted: February 23, 2017

I believe that science is learned best through active engagement in learning about the world around us. My lessons introduce primary school students to topics in science, technology, engineering and math while encouraging them to become independent thinkers who can solve problems in everyday situations. I hope to build a strong science foundation at the elementary level that will allow the students to succeed in future endeavors. I have seen my students thrive using the Project Lead the Way Launch Program and am excited to share my love of this program with other teachers through the Master Teacher Program.
