Holy Cross New Student Experience
The “New Student Experience” is a program for students who will be new to Holy Cross School’s main campus in grades 5-12.
Who Should Attend?
Incoming 5th graders who are new to Holy Cross School
Incoming 5th graders who are moving up from Holy Cross Primary 4th grade
New students entering grades 6-12
When?
July 9-12, 2018, 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
What is included in this program?
Orientation – everything your student needs to know to prepare him for the upcoming year, from getting around campus, learning rules and procedures, and finding out about academic and extracurricular opportunities at Holy Cross School
Reading Enrichment – focus on Summer Reading assignments
Team Building – our new students will get to know one another and build relationships while learning more about Holy Cross.
Computer Set-up – each student should bring their laptop computer and will go through the complete set-up of their student account and any programs that need to be downloaded and installed. (NOTE: If your son attends this program, he will NOT need to attend a separate Tech Ed session. Each grade level will have a designated day for computer set-up.)
Is this required?
While the New Student Experience program is not a requirement, it is strongly encouraged to help give your student a great start to his first year at Holy Cross School.
How do I register?
Please click here to register your son for the New Student Experience. The deadline to register is June 15, 2018.
What is the cost?
The cost to attend the New Student Experience is $50. Payment can be made online with registration.
