Effective Immediately:

ALL Holy Cross Summer Camp information will be communicated through e-mail.

The Parent Orientation Booklet was sent to you via e-mail on May 27, 2010. Please read and review all policies and procedures with your child. Print and fill out the last two pages of the booklet: the Summer Camp Emergency Data/Medical Release and the Policies and Procedure Forms.

The forms can also be dowloaded here.

The Camp Car Pool form can be downloaded here.

These forms may be turned in at Parent Orientation, but must be returned by the first day of attendance.

We appreciate your attention to this and cooperation with all Summer Camp matters. For questions or concerns, please feel free to call or e-mail Eric Rebaudo at 504 942-1884 or erebaudo@holycrosstigers.com.

Six Weeks of Focused Fun, Enrichment, and Skill Development for Boys and Girls

Session 1 June 7th – June 25th

Session 2 June 28th – July 16th

REGISTRATION IS CLOSED.

4-5 Year Old Program

At Holy cross Summer Camp, we offer activities on a daily basis concentrating on safety first, social skills, cooperation, and team work (good sportsmanship). Each morning during group time a “follow the leader” movement activity which focuses on social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills will be performed. Also during this time a prayer and song of faith. Some weeks may consist of more outside activities and other weeks more inside activities with more arts and crafts. Each day, weather permitting, the children should have a twenty minute outside free-time to play and interact with their fellow campers. A story will be read before naptime. Each week will have a theme in which activities, songs, crafts, and snacks will complement the theme of the week.

*** Note: Field trips will be mostly on-site (You will be notified if Director has an off-site field trip planned.) A list of field trips will be available at a later date.

****Note: All campers must be “potty trained” in order to attend camp.

Below you will find a schedule for a typical week at camp for our 4-5 year old program. Activities may vary from week to week according to the theme of the week.
